    Default Tag & License fees

Just curious what everyone has to pay for these.
Here in Nevada the list is as follows for tags. You also have to pay an application fee, preditor control fee, and online application fee for EACH tag you apply for which is $15.00 except for Elk which is $20.00. Nevada is also a draw only state with a bag limit of one animal....

    Resident Antelope - $60.00
    Nonresident - $300.00

    Resident Bear - $100.00
    Nonresident - $300.00

    Resident Bighorn Sheep - $120.00
    Nonresident - $1,200.00

    Resident Deer - $30.00
    Nonresident - $240.00

    Resident Elk - $120.00
    Nonresident - $1,200.00

    Resident Mountian Goat - $120.00
    Nonresident - $1,200.00

Resident Mountian Lion - $29.00 (these are over the counter and unlimited)
    Nonresident - $104.00

    Resident Turkey - $20.00
    Nonresident - $50.00

    Resident hunting license - $33.00
    Nonresident - $142.00
    Resident combo hunting & fishing - $54.00
    Nonresident - $199.00

We also have waiting periods for successful hunting.
Bull Elk - 10 years, 5 years unsuccessful
All Sheep - 10 years, 5 years unsuccessful
Antelope horns longer than ears - 5 years
Deer, cow Elk, and doe Antelope can be applied for every year but you can't apply for the male of the same species, one or the other. I don't know about Bear, this is our first year to hunt bear in Nevada. All in all, I think it sucks to be a hunter in Nevada.

I grew up in pa, and now live in new york. I still hunt pa and have to pay out of state fees. its 126 for standard licence, that includes turkey tags, all small game, and one buck tag. You then have to buy a doe tag and that is 26. If you want to hunt archery or muzzleloader those are I think 25 or 50 each apeice. There is a limit of 2 deer, 1 buck and 1 doe if you get a doe tag, no matter what weapon you kill them with. You can get bonus tags but they are limited. I think resident fees were 25 for the standard and 6 for the doe, but that might have gone up in the last few years. I think resident archery is 15 and 15 for muzzleloader, but barry would probably know better. oh and I payed I think 6-10 for migratory game bird.

I bought a lifetime licence in new york which is the greatest thing ever. I bought it 3 years ago before the price went up by 200. So I payed I think 350, that includes a buck tag for shotgun season, small game, a bear tag, I think a fall turkey tag. Doe tags are lottery 10 dollars for the chance of getting 2 tags. That has to be done each year, and you have to buy spring turkey tags, I dont know how much they cost dont hunt them. I think archery is 25 and muzzleloader is 25 each. I think you get a either sex tag for archery, and I think another tag for muzzleloader. If you hit everything right and hunt all seasons you can get a max of 5 deer. You have to buy archery and muzzleloader seperate each year if you didnt buy it with your lifetime, with the lifetime it is 250 for archery lifetime, 250 for muzzleloader lifetime.
