If that's a pic of her 30 yard groups she doesn't need much help from us. She should be helping us. LOL.

I just started using a release 2 years ago after 30 years or more of finger shooting.

My highly preferred arrow rest for finger shooting is a NAP Centerest Flipper http://www.newarchery.com/products/2...t-flipper.html
Just a good simple reliable rest for finger shooting......and a heck of alot less money than most out there.

From the picture it appears she shots with all 3 fingers under the arrow, so I'm assuming no tab and maybe bare fingers (ouch!)
Tabs can work well with one finger on top, but I never really liked the feel I got from the several I had. My personal preference here is a 3 finger glove. (& I use one finger above, with very minimal pressure on bottom finger) My choice for many years was (is) Martin's full leather glove http://www.shopatron.com/products/pr...0.0.0.0?pp=12&

....and of course there is the axle-to-axle length mentioned several times.
I have a 29" draw length and the old, still nice shooting, '96 Martin Firecat I use with fingers is 43", but I have shot bow down around 38-40" without too bad of finger pinch issues.
My son shoots a Martin Jaguar (or did?....hasn't touched it in 2yrs) It is about 36.5" and he shoots fingers with it ok with a 28" draw.......he also uses glove (& not even a sight).

Just getting down the basic things make a big deal....consistent solid anchor point.....gently relaxing fingers for shot, not pulling them off.....good follow thru, trying not to drop arm until arrow hits......etc.
    2009 Martin Bengal M2 Pro Cam w/factory STS & CCS.....66lbs, 29" DL, 422gr @ 272fps, Winners Choice string/cable, Trophy Taker drop-away Rest, Scott Release
    1996 Martin Firecat XRG Pro Series w/Ultra Sonic wheels.....69lbs, 29" DL, 465gr @ 245fps, w/fingers & Martin leather glove

yea she shot that last night it was her hand she was sqeezing the bow when she was shooting i told her to loosen up the grip and boom thats what she shot
i also think it was the arrows i cut a few of mine down for her and they fly alot better then her other arrows...

That's cause you don't have a job. Spend all day on the puter. Typical of.........what do we call your generation anyway? My kid is 32 and he is GenX. If I was your ole man I'd kick you out at 6am and tell you not to come back till you get a job. Pack a lunch, too.

I think you should have read my profile again before posting. Also, I start college this Tuesday. I'm going to be a machinist.

Yeah yeah, likely excuse. Just like my kid. Graduated college, got his masters, got a wife and two kids of his own and still won't leave me alone.

Well, on second thought I'll cut ya some slack. LOL.

Help your ole man get ready for Irene.
