Yes and no. If you already have limbs on the bow and know what the draw weight range is for them then you should be able to cross reffernce to a different limb deflection and be pretty close. If you don't know how this is done then just ask. That's what we're here for---to help with such matters.
Now if you're starting from scratch that is a different matter. I would say that it would be nice if such info were available on the Tech Charts. Some years they had it and some they didn't.
