I was given the bow. But it is 2" to short for me but can't afford a new bow. Are there any cams that I can look for that well work on that bow

in order to help you, we need more specific details. what cam is on the bow? if you dont know,post a pic for us. what year is the bow(first 2 digits in the serial # on the sticker on the bottom limb)? what is your DL and what is the draw length currently on the bow? there may be a draw length module. if so,it'll be on the cam,held on with 2 screws,and will have something like "F5" stamped on it? how much longer do you need your draw length? FYI,a bow press is NOT needed to change mods or strings/cables. the bow can be completely dismantled w/o a press.
