    Default This is what happens to deer when they get into bow range. Caution, Very Graphic!.

    It gets marinated in beer and lime for 24 hours. Then grilled until medium rare. One with some Mesquite, red pepper flakes and salt. The other one more on the medium side with just salt.

    Shouldn't that be 'Caution, may cause hunger'. Looks nice.

    Lucky dog. I only got red beans and rice for dinner. Hmmm maybe I can have the wife do carnitas with deer when I get one. Wonder how that would be. Dammit now I have to go raid the fridge. Thanks a lot Double.
