My FC 360 specs at 32.5" and 7.25. I removed the TRG and SOS and added a rod and slide. Am I oka or do I need to bring it in a bit?

For now I'd just go shoot it. Specs are just approximate anyway. The bow might shoot just fine for you as is, but you gotta try it and find out. A slight shootin period will also give the string/cable a chance to settle in and creep a bit.
