    Good find. Thanks for sharing. Similar to the way I've been doing it. I am surprised at how many people don't butcher their own deer.

    There's a sense of accomplishment when you process the animal you just killed. It's a good time to mellow out and reflect back on the hunt. Study the shot. I control how I want my meat cut. I always keep a clean process area. I know that the meat that goes in the bags are my deer and nobody else's deer that the butcher mass processes and just divided up. I just think I'm cleaner overall compared to some folks. I'm not the fastest processor but I am clean and do not waste much.

    X2 By the way, it looks like one of the packages on the bottom shelf is torn.

    LOL. Old pics. That one was triple bagged and was eaten a long time ago. I was going through my Photo's and noticed that I don't take many Processing pictures. probably because my hands were busy. This thread made me go through my old pics.
