Dollar Value Martin Dynabo

I need someone to help me with a dollar value of a Magnum Dynabo (70's or 80's model -- 1/2 recurve with the bottom cam). I have found one in good condtion and want to pay the man what's it's worth. He's to good of a friend to take advantage of.

The bow will need a new string. Any ideas on where a man could get one to fit the bow.

I have no idea of it's value. Like most antiques it's probably whatever the market will bear. You might try asking on AT. With many more members there may be some dealers on there that could give you an idea.

As for string? Can't say the length. I'd say measure the one that's on it and have one custom made by an aftermarket string maker. And for safety's sake make it from Dacron.

How much? Seen them go for good money on eBay. Maybe keep an eye on this one.
