Question Unidentified Flying Object, WTH Is This On My Trail Cam?????

I apologize for the quality of the pictures. They are night shots and when I resize them to make them forum friendly they lose clarity.

I saw this on a pic (by left leg of feeder) and thought maybe it was a snake. It is straight but has wavy stuff fluttering at the sides. Sort of like some sea creature.

8 days later I see it again but now I can see it is flying, not on the ground. It appears to spook the doe in the picture too.

What the heck is this? What am I out there in the night with? Creepy! Bat?

^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^

It's just a bug. Wings captured fluttering as it flies.

I'm really thinking it is a bat. It looks like mouse ears on the top. I guess a bug could fly that straight but I think it is something moving faster. I also don't think a bug would trigger the camera like in the first photo?

What camera and what trigger speed do you have that will make a difference.

Bushnell Trophy Cam 5 MP IR is all I know. I was surprised that it took video at night!

Edit: It says 1 second trigger speed.

Nice cam, I have a slow shutter speed so it doesn't pick up stuff like that. I believe you have a faster speed and it will show things like that. But you go a nice camera.

Mark, 1 second trigger speed is why you see night moths that look that long.

This is the one I want but he doesn't show up often and is probably dead now. I think I will take a doe first to get some of the buck fever out of my system.

If I were you I'd wear a bib for all the drooling you will do if that walked up in front of you.
