Default Martin goes over the top!

Feel like I should post that Martin has truly great customer service. I have a 2011 bow that I have had numerious problems with, Martin has went above and beyond to resolve the issues. I would like to thank Martin for going the extra mile.

The bow was an Onza 3, the problems were with the cams, and string. I have been pretty hard on Martin, and quality not being the best. I was really struggling with being loyal to Martin, but thanks to Martin customer service I feel better about purchasing a Martin. I do think they need to really work on quality control, but if they dont, they will make it right.

It sounds like they tried to make it right but I don't see anything over the top?

^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^

Sounds like he had some problems with his bow and Martin took care of him. What more does he have to say?

IMO all they did is try right a screw up of poor quality control. That isn't over the top service IMO, it is doing what is right and taking care of the customer. IMO over he top would be saying we will offer you a new 2112 bow in exchange for your 2011 bow or something like that.

I guess what I'm trying to get at is the guy is very happy with the service he got why try to knock him down a notch. If he thinks it's over the top then that's what it is.
