    Default Pantera Made It's First Kill

    I took my son Trey out Friday morning and he got his first kill with his Rack Rage (AKA Pantera). He got a small doe out of a blind while seated. The arrow passed thru and went another 20 plus yard, that shocked me.

    Now all he talks about is shooting one with his Damon Howatt (Martin) recurve.

    Before you ask A.S. the bow was back at the blind some 120 yards away. By time we dragged her out she wasn't so pretty anymore and we didn't take any pictures with the bow.

    She weighed 105# field dressed, my first time I might add, so she was not huge. That is about medium around here, especially with this years drought and lack of food and water.
