Thread: martin ccs on my bonehunter?

    bows that are pre 2011 will take a ccs.bows that are 2011 and im asumeing 2012 will not take the ccs.but i dont know when martin started useing the ccs.

    mine is a 2010, and after looking at some other martin bow, its very similar if not the same a a bengal.

    Lol, yeah should bolt right up then huh? No drilling required. And for the record, i guess ive never drew a cat/nitro/ hybrix camed bow without a ccs and never drew a accutrack/ mpro without the slider. I do know my buddies rock with a single cam at 68 pounds pulls way easier than my ax at 63 pounds. The ax is much much faster, but the deer dont seem to care about any of that!

    OK, I've said this many times here and on other forums. Shoot both bows over a chronograph. Keep reducing the weight on your AX till the two bows are shooting the same speed. Then compare the draw cycles and weigh the AX to see how much less weight you need to draw to get the same speed. Bet that AX won't seem as hard as you think. And if using your last sentence as a pun, the deer don't care what the draw weight of the bow is either.

    Yeah barry, the deer just dont care about draw weight but they have snickered a few time when they seen my skullz camo. (Thats a joke too )
