has anyone had the chance to shoot the new scepter yet ? and does anyone know if it will use the same limb deflection as the shadowcat ?

Guess not yet, maybe still too new, and no one has purchased one as yet. Are they even in the shops yet? Going out on a limb ( pun intended ) don't see any reson to change limb deflection as long as the geometry of the riser is the same.

Just an educated guess, but I'll bet noone would be able to tell the difference without measuring the a2a.
