Thats part of the tuning that you keep saying you're having trouble with. Up or down paper tear means move nocking point, left or right, move the rest.

Your paper tuning should yeild very repeatable results. If not, you are either having clearance issues (vane) or need to work on your form. When i shoot paper, i pretend im shooting at a nickel 50 yards away
