    Default Happy Early Thanksgiving!.

    Hi all. I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all. My wife has to work on Thanksgiving day So we are Celebrating right now. I'm the chef so I've been preparing and cooking all day plus the wife is a little under the weather. I hope and pray that everybody here has a safe and happy day. I don't have much but I am thankful for my loving family. :thumbs_up

    I made some homemade Gluten free New York cheesecake. Not that box crap. I make it from scratch this morning. :wink: Prepared the Green bean casserole and mashed potatoes and gravy earlier and it's in the oven. I have some other little sides warmed up and ready, some fresh bread and i just pulled the Turkey out of the Fryer. Man it's Good!.
