They look pretty good and a fair price as long as they hold up. At present I use a cheaper option. At work we use this silver foil flat bubble wrap for insulation purposes. Since we always endup with offcuts they are well large enough to make good insoles for any size of shoe or boot. Work a treat.

Ranger hit it on the head. Using aerosol unscented deodorant on your feet before you put your socks on does a great job of keeping your feet warmer. Keeps them dry, and that helps maintain warmth, and keeps odors down. I've been doing it in cold weather for the last 6-7 years, and it really does work. Any unscented aerosol works.

Could you explain this a little more? Do you put the foil side up to reflect the heat back to your feet? Don't the bubbles pop quite easily and if so does it make a difference?

^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^

Reflectit (sp) is a brand name to the bubble wrap insulation. I went a got a pair of Artic Shield boot covers and my feet havn't been cold. Sat for 6 hrs in a light snow the last Saturday. Feet never got cold . Put them on after getting settled in the stand.
