Looks like you have a before and after photo. I did that a couple years ago, saw an 8 pointer in the back yard and got a picture on the camera, and then 2 weeks later my buddy call and says he shot an 8 pointer. I looked at his deer and realized it might be the same one I took photos of. I don't know for sure, but I zoomed in on the digital camera and the brow tines on the photo and my buddy's deer seemed to have a weird twist to them. Pretty cool.

Thanks guys!. I had 20 pounds of ground venison that I set aside for today. My neighbor and I made some Sausages. he didn't fill his tag so he made some Sausage out of pork and I used 20 pounds of ground venison donated by Bambi's Daddy with 5 pounds of pork for fat. Another neighbor stopped by with some Pork butt's and we ground that all up. He brought over his store bought ingredients and we helped him make pepperoni Sticks. We placed everything in the Smoker. We smoked the pepperoni sticks for about three hours and about 5 hours for the Sausages. When they reached the proper temperature we pulled them out and immediately put them in Ice/water to cool down asap. Then cut and placed straight into vacuum bags.
