    This is my third time processing a deer now.it is getting easier. very few knife marks on this one. The front legs and neck are still the hardest thing for me to do.

    Yeah - I always do them first cuz after that it goes so smooth...

    Have to go to a Christmas thing for wife. Just the hams are hanging. I wiped them down with a vinegar solution like them ElkSlayers. Hopefully it will help dry out the silver skin some.
