Are you asking about the initial setup or tuning? There's nothing special about tuning an Onza. You use the same procedure as with any other compound bow. For that I would refer you to Easton's Tuning Guide for which there is a referrence link in the Tuning Made Easy forum.

Link to a tuning video made a couple years ago using the Rytera Nemesis. The Onza III is basically just a slightly shorter version of the Nemesis so the setup and tuning will be pretty much the same as described in the video.
