mabe your going to need to make a jig hold that blade at a 10* angle and then just flip it over to do other side... as per tempering yea not going to need that prety sure your ok there..

if you really want to temper it then heat it up really hot and drop it in a bucket of old motor oil,not recomended but if you do watch out for the flame![]()
