Got one of these from my Brother-in-Law for xmas - the thing is awesome, stops shots dead! Next little DIY is going to be building a frame for it to hang the bag and make a paper rack accessory attachement.

i bought one 2 years ago at bass pro in okla. city have just about shot it all to pieces, would buy another! pretty darn good target. most of the time i make my own. use coffee burlap bags stuffed with cotton the coffee bags from colombia are heaver than most. got them at attwoods farm & ranch supply here where i live. i did have a place where i could get the cotton, since cotton has gotten so high they bale everthing even the waste hard to come by now. but once you get some you can use it over again as much as you want, just put it in another bag.

I've been hoarding away crap to make my own targets, but the wife is getting tired of a pack-rat in me. I got a big box of old clothes and grocery bags and another with a big roll of carpet in it for making targets. I'll probably still finish those, but really excited about the bag. Once I get the funds to go get the materials for the frame, I'll be adding pictures of course.

a friend of mine made a frame to hang a bag target out of conduit and zip-ties. 2 pieces of u shaped conduit about 2 feet wide and 30 inches long and 4 zip-ties at the top, 2 to hold the conduit together at the top and 2 to go through the gromits in the top corners of the target and around the conduit so the bag can hang.
