    martin wouldn't send a bow out like that ! someone lost the oridgnal draw stop and replaced it with a not so good replacement. the little cushion pad isn't even in the right place, i would call customer service and talk to them about the damage & report that dealer ! even if it came to a dealer with the draw stop missing they should have taken care of the problem properly before it was sent to you. { JMI }

    once advised, Martin's Customer Service took prompt decision to replace limb without delay.

    I call it - professional support from reputable maker - brings respect and trust in Martin's name

    would stay with Martin
