Way too hi-tech for me. I can just see it, wait all day for the shot & he's 30 yards and getting closer..... Then you get the "low bat" signal & it shuts off. I'll stick with my pins.

Yeah, I have to agree with that. It would be cool though for non-hunting situations. I wonder how well a smart phone would hold up after being beat to death by tree limbs, dirt and water.

even if i wanted to use it on a hunt i could not,but as much falling down i was doing on my last hunt i would not put it on my bow.lol

i was going to put up the same thread, but knew everyone here was too down to earth. really neat though. really neat. did you see the bracket to just record video? i would consider that if i had a smart phone.
what about mathews goofy stabilizer sts v bar harmonic dampener? cool, but a lot far out. i know a lot of guys who don't even like parallel limbs yet.
