Thank you all for the positive boost. Right now I'm sitting here having 2 cups of salad, no sauce with Deer venison. I was checking my nutritional logs comparing Lean pork, lean chicken and venison. At 4 oz's each Pork 163 calories, Chicken was 187 and venison was 120 calories with less fat compared to the other two. I can bet you those diet folks didn't factor in some good ole Wild venison!. I'm glad i didn't eat it all. My lunch is 128 calories...way under my 250 calories max and I'm almost full. It's mentally getting easier. A woman did catch me staring at her last night at the mall. She probably thought I was interested in her.....But I was looking at the soda pop in here hand!. LMAO!.
