Really where in Idaho have you hunted??? I've hunted all over the state a little here and there and everywhere! When was the last time you hunted Idaho's beautiful back country?

My hunting buddy shoots the montecs! They are a booger to sharpen, but the do an awesome job, he took a doe this year, she ran 20 yards and fell over and there she laid!

I hunt around McCall and New Meadows. Hunted bear in the fall of '01 and the spring of '02. Chased elk, bear and deer on the fall of '02 and '03. Going back this spring for bear and again in '13 for 2 weeks for elk, deer, bear and hopefully wolf.
A little common sense goes a long way, unfortunately it's in short supply!

Wow!!! Really, I hunted west mountain down by Donnely a lot, and hunted up by Riggins too, mostly just off of the salmon river. Yellow Pine is a good area too, if your after a wolf Stanley is a really good area to go!
