    Talking My newest toy!

    I know its not archery related so i figures it qualified for the off topic thread. Any of you guys that hunt will appreciate it. It's a Ruger M77 Mark 2 30.06. She's pretty.

    Nice looking gun. Can't go wrong with an .06 either; they're a good all round work horse! Congrats!
    My wife packed my bags and threw me out, as I was walking out the door, she told me "I hope you have a long and miserable life!"... To which I replied "Oh, now you want me to stay?!" LOL

    2011 Onza 3: 70#, 28.25 draw (AMO), 384 gr arrow, 288 fps
    2005 Saber: 70#, same arrow, 250 fps

    very nice Rugers make the best. I have the M77 22-250 target with a 1-8 twist. grats on the new gun.

    Nice rifle,i have a older model in 243.......Ruger makes some nice rifles.

    Very nice. I do like the rugers. The .06 not so mcuh but it is a good workhorse round.

    Nice looking rifle. I've got the M77 in 22-250 for a varmint gun. Bought it used for $300. Bought a decked out Remington 700 bull barrell in 22-250, and the Ruger shoots 3X tighter groups. Just a plain Ruger M77 sporter. That says alot to me about the quality of Ruger. Can't be beat.
