GD is right. The 5mc is the limb deflection. This Martin's way of marking them so they can tell what peak weight a particular model will produce. You sure it's 5mc though? They used to mark them with a P on the end designating Power Tuff limbs. I don't know what the C would stand for.
Now that being said, don't take for granted that 5m is a 70# limb. That is only on your bow model and some others with similar specs. Put those same 5m limbs on a bow like the ScepterV and they might only draw 55 or 60#. Or with a different cam size it would also change.

As the others have stated, the 5M is the deflection, not real sure on the C designation though........could be for the CoreFlex limbs used in 2010, but I have never seen that designation on a set of those limbs. If they are CoreFlex limbs, you'll be able to see some red on the bottom side of the limbs where the limb bolt passes through.

I double checked it and they both say 5mc. Im not sure about seeing any red i cant see any but i havent takin the limbs off and Probly wont til i change strings.
