Cam Module 2011 EXILE

Hello. I just had my new 2011 Exile setup to my 26" draw length and it feels long to me. From what I am reading I think it may have the wrong module in it. It has a F3 module installed, and from what I read so far I think it should have a F1 module to make it 26". Am I correct on this. Before I bring it back and question the experts who set it up for me I want to be sure. Can anyone help me out? It has the Acu-Trac 2.0 Single-Cam.

Welcome to the forum! as the Exile is listed as 25" to 30" dl. f-2 should be the one.
f-1 f -2 f-3 f-4 f-5 f-7 that is the way I remember it. There is no f6 for the bow.
25 . 26 .27 .28 .29 .30

Maybe some one else has the chart handy and they can add some facts.

Thanks for the info. I thought it was 25 25.5 26 26.5 27 27.5... and so on. That is where I came up with the F1 Module thinking. There are no have half sizes for the Exile. However I was right. I do have the wrong Module in my bow. It felt it was to long for me when I was shooting it. I was told it was a new bow and I would get used to it. It is set for 27". I have Been shooting for 33 years, as you can imagine I think I would know if it was set up correct for me or not. Even with it being to long this bow really shoots nice.

Your half sizes come by moving the draw stop. You can move the draw stop to the minus symbol and it will shorten the draw length. Remember doing this makes the valley for your let off lessen.

It all makes complete sense to me now. My silencer is a dual cam. It has the pro cams on it, which I'm more familiar with. So thanks for the education and the nice welcome to the forum.

Hutch, you forgot to mention that when he changes to the F2 mod he'll also have to adjust (shorten) the drop stop accordingly, too. Just thought I'd throw this in so he gets it right.

Mods and DL got me thinking about my own personal DL. I have never really had it "officially" measured. My Cheetah has the F7 mod which should be 30" and I have my Alien set to #5 which should be 29" - both feel good, but I honestly can't tell if the Cheetah is longer or not. Might need to get a picture posted and have everyone give their $.02

Got off at 11 am today went straight their. Got it all figured out. put in the F2. they adjusted the stop also, with me standing their to insure it was perfect for me. Then I shot it. Sooooo much nicer. And it shot really nice before. Thanks all for the help.
