I'm completely new to bows. I just ordered a Martin Jaguar Takedown Bow, the 55lb draw. I'm still not sure what strings exactly to order. I'd like some suggestions.
Thanks,
James

You'll need a 56" string, 12-14 strands, pretty sure that the Jaguar is 'fast flight' compatible, but you might check your bow manual.

I think elkslayer is right about the fast flight string but you need to order a 60"amo string. The actual length of the string is 56" but the bow is 60" and thats what string builders build to. Kenny
You're correct. I did forget, my string builder asks for actual string length, or AMO, but specify which it is. Hey, nice avatar by the way. LOL.

Thanks. I have folks order strings from me all the time and order actual length and neglect to tell me.. gets confusing sometimes. Kenny
