i think i posted that i replaced all the css 's on my alien xs with cable slide systems! they are so much smoother & quiter than before & no serving wear. best thing i have done in a while !

Throw some pictures up? I'd be curious to see that. Jim just sent me some strings with the cables served perfectly for the rollers, if I were to switch to the rod, would I need to get that serving off or would it be alright with a slide (Saunders)?

I would think that the serving would need to be removed otherwise it would be like sandpaper in the slide... just my .02

i wouldn't be interested in selling to the public, got to many things going on now, if you get a martin conversion post pics. i haven't seen one. i think archer7 has the part #s.
