    Default Too Early

This is still March isn't it? I spent the better part of the day pulling weeds around the house. Then I had to MOW the lawn. Did a couple months pass me by without me noticing?

Barry, I hear ya. Already mowed twice this year, been in the 80's several times so far. Winter wheat is almost knee high right now, so in another 3 weeks, the turkeys are going to have an easy time hiding. Not looking forward to what this summer is starting to look like for heat.

It won't stop raining over here!. That supposed to only happen on the west side. I took my bow out in the rain just to test shoot an arrow vane combo.

You shouldn't do that Simon. You know all those bolt heads and set screws are going to rust now. LOL.

Ya, first vacation I've had in a few years and it's rained every day but one. I'm in Inchelium, about 60 miles from Simon. The weather hasn't detured the Turkey over this way, just can't get closer than 50 yards yet.

I wish I could mow. The weather has been perfect for working outside. Unfortunately the ignition switch went out on the JD lawn tractor. I need to replace that, the blades and put a choke cable on and get spring clean up done before I'm allowed to do any cat n carp fishing. Screw the walleye. I like a REAL fight. lol

so so so much rain that i cant stand it.this rain is really jacking up my work time.most of what i do is make the cemetery look nice and 2 weeks ago is when i usualy start.i cant mow because it will leave mud tire tracks,i cant trim headstones because the grass is too wet and wont give me a good cut, heck my boad of diresctor wont let me work in the rain so i have to sit in the office and answer the phone and help whoever might walk into the office.im going crazy not working how i want to be.

and as far as my yard work goes im in the same boat as my work work
