I haven't posted in ages, but here I am again and about to purchase my 2nd Martin bow. This time, a recurve. My goal is using a recurve to see if I like traditional without breaking the bank. I'm hoping shooting a recurve will help me have a better focus on the basics of archery and also be able to shoot for fun. Since I began hunting, shooting has become more of an obligation than pure pleasure. I hope the traditional will bring the fun back since I have no intention of ever hunting with it.
So, is this the right bow for me? Any thoughts on that?
Here's a sign that I should buy the bow, the sport team at the school I teach is call the Jaguars.
I love my recurve, its not a martin yet, but i love it anyway.
If your just wanting a recurve to play with I would suggest one other then the Jaguar.
Its a hunting bow plain and simple. Martin makes great recurves that would be better for your
