Twisting cables and string
Is there a set ratio for twisting the string as you untwist the cables? Like for every 5 twists you take out of the cables, you should twist the string once. Trying to drop my X back to 70#, and have taken 6 turns out of the cables, but only dropped 2 pounds. Thanks guys!
