So far I have only heard good things about the Onza 3. Haven't really heard any major negatives.

If it is the one I am thinking of, it has the Slide/STS conversion already. I would say yes. If I had the money I would unless you aren't concerned with spending a little more get in touch with HuntingandFishingUSA on AT and he'll hook you up with a deal on a 2012 for a little more.

I have 2011 and love it.....................but you really do want the cable slid conversion along with the STS. Other than that it shoots great!

My wife packed my bags and threw me out, as I was walking out the door, she told me "I hope you have a long and miserable life!"... To which I replied "Oh, now you want me to stay?!" LOL

Yes. Sounds like a good deal for the 2011 or 2012.

Does not matter if only the 2011 model has the conversion done (No TRG system). My 2011 Onza 3 came that way.

Well, I have seen 2012 shipping with teflon cable slides, whereas my 2011 arrived with a plastic one. That could be one difference, on the other hand you could easily replaced the slide with teflon.

    Default onza 2011

    great bow.

I know it is not popular but I do prefer the TRG all day long over the single bar slide. I have the TRG on all my competition bows.

Either way you will really like the onza.

Second that on the TRG. I'm one of those guys that has not had any problems with the TRG and it works great on both of my bows.
