Default Cable rod conversion- cable length

I recently converted my 2010 AX to a cable rod/slide. I read that in order to regain peak draw weight the cables need to be 1/2 inch shorter than factory specs. So, I ordered a set of new cables/string and it seems that 1/2 inch may have been too much. My specs are a little off. ATA was 31.25, BH 7, max draw weight 75.5lbs. I took 4 full twists out of each cable and it brought the draw weight down to 74lbs. I feel the 4 twists may be too much and I cant afford another new set of cables. Would it be smart to put a few twists back into the cables and just make sure not to max out the limbs?

less cam lean & smoother draw. i was very pleased with the results of the change.
