    Default Changing Releases

I have been considering a release change as well. I'm still using the Jim Fletcher "fletch-hunter" releases I got in the early 90s. I want to try a grip release either thumb trigger or back tension. I just can't make up my mind on what I want.

    Good thread!

Would you have a picture of this set up? I would like to see it. I have considered ridding myself of the d-loop.

i been using a scott longhorn hex back tention for the past 2 years bought it to help with my target panic also , it helps ,not a 100% but a lot better. a good release and hundreds of shots at a blank bag will tighten those groups.

Anybody shooting a True-Fire Hardcore Fold Back? I shot one yesterday and I was very impressed.

Been shooting with a Tru Fire 360 for a while and like it. Thinking about trying a hook style, looks handy for hunting.
A little common sense goes a long way, unfortunately it's in short supply!

Well I stoped by the shop this morning after the shoot and tried some different releases. I was looking for a hook style release and I shot 4 or 5 different brands. After some debating I went with the Tru-Fire Hardcore. I like the trigger and overall it just fit me. One thing I did notice was that my point of impact changed with some of the other releases. Not this one though, its shooting dead on with my other release.
