Was a good morning.
Took my 7 year old turkey hunting this morning and he took a nice 3 year old tom. Meanwhile my dad took my 12 year old son to another farm and he took a nice 2 year old tom. If I ever figure out how to download pics from my phone I'll post one of the both of them with their birds.
A little common sense goes a long way, unfortunately it's in short supply!

My 8 year old nephew took a good bird this morning. Wish I had their luck, all the birds I go after always end up on the other end of the field.

congrats! went without a bird this weekend, think the weather has them off their normal pattern. they just weren't where they have been for years this weekend. back at it next weekend though.
we did have a coyote come into the decoys but stopped at 60 yards, looked right at the blind and think we got winded and he turned and went the other way. another 20 yards and a T3 was going to be headed in his direction.
