so i finally took my bow to a dealer to help me out with the drop issue, well we discovered that the rest had slipped which we re adjusted and centered and we also discovered that the timing was off. well after all was said and done we paper tuned it real quick in the shop and it shot perfectly. then when i got home i put the ole rineheart about 20 yards out and fired some arrows, still a foot low. i do not know what to do. the sight is bottomed out, it cant go much lower. the rest and loop are all centered. there is no fletching contact. there is no cracks in the limbs and the limb bolts are fine, he and i both looked the bow over, the only possibility left is the strings which are severly worn from when i had my trg, but i will soon be getting new strings from hutch anyway, i hope this is the problem

You bet es! I would say that is probably the one thing people forget. General location of the peep should be 5.5 to 6.5 inches above the center of the d loop.

Elkslayer: like I said early that I had the same issue when I replaced my TRG/SOS. The new string by Hutch helped the issue but is a slower set up. Had the same issue with the sight (Black Gold Rush). I replaced the sight with a new TRU-GLOW 5 pin Micro with rubber coating. This seemed to help as the sight arm is lower than the Rush so I wasn't bottomed out on the sight. Now saying all that; I was shooting Carbon Xpress Munity's and changed to the Easton Axis End-Fussed. Had the same issue as and both arrows are 420g +/- 1 or 2g. The Munity shot 6-8 inches lower at ever range from 30-70 yards. I'm sure that theirs some reasonable explanation that encompass arrow width, arrow balance and solar vectors of the moon. So don't feel alone, it bug the snot out of me. The new string/cable seemed to be the answer.
