I shoot every day, at least 2 sets of 4 on those days when everything hurts, more when I'm feeling good. Cause I can.

I try to shoot daily with maybe just a few arrow on an 20 yard indoor target. Fri-Sun I shoot every moring from about 0630am to about 0830am on my range that out to a 100yards, couple of hundered shots as long as my hands and shoulder hang in there.

I shoot as much as I can, that turns out to be three or four times a week. I would shoot more but need to figure out how to add a few more hours to my day.

    I'll shoot 100 or so a day, from 20 to 50 yards.
A little common sense goes a long way, unfortunately it's in short supply!

Typically I use to shoot a 3 to 4 times a week but since my knee injury its been a lot less. Soon to have the knee done and back to business.
