    guy in houston tx. claims to have the smallest working meat smoker. mine is 1 in. narrower than his, takes 5 hrs. to build the smoker.

    That's really some cool craftsmanship, Curtis. Just how big a ham can you put in that thar smoker? LOL.

    lots of patience & lots of acetylene gas & oxygen to do the brazing,sometimes it takes longer to make the jig to hold things in place while you braze them,like the hay rake and the wind mill. most of the material is horse shoe nails, washers, & nails. & stuff i have laying around my shop. i'll try and post some more sometimes, just to share it with friends on here!
