Madman, I didn't have to range her but the other one was about 60 yards when it stopped but I wasn't completely sure. Anything past 40 I like to know the exact distance before I cut it loose.

After she took the first arrow she spun twice and stopped and started biting the exit hole. I put a second arrow through her and she went 10 yards and was done. Unfortunately her hide wasn't worth keeping, very thin fur this time of year she was pretty rubbed.
Still will make a nice skull mount, lop off the head, bury it somewhewre out in the back yard, and of course, mark it, along about fall, the bugs will have cleaned the skull. Scrub it up, glue the lower jaw and teeth in place, mount on your favored wall plaque.

A big congrats on the yote!. I haven't gotten one yet with a bow. I had one almost run into me and startled the crap out of me. By the time I was ready with my bow he already moved back to 100 yards barking at me. I tried to move in closer but he kept backing up.

Coolest Coyote I've seen in a long time, arrowing one IS a true trophy anytime of year. Its a bit messy though. 17 Remington or a 204 Ruger just makes them look like they had a lethal injection. You just saved who knows how many deer.
