I have a bow that droped 5-7 lbs from last season ,,,Twisted back up cables and string to get 5 lbs back ..Close to specs ,,My question is do you think this string will keep stretching ?? It is over two years old ...Thanks...

Stock strings or customs? If they are stock strings, I would look into a set of customs. Will run you about $60-70 for a full set I believe. Hit up Hutch.

Concur with droppixel, even my hammerheads did the same. Customs strings are pretty colors also.

More than likely it is not stretch if it is 2 years old. Its probably creep. Creep is when the fibers of the string start pulling apart. Stretch is when all the strands stretch out to the same length. Which if is 2 years old it has stretched to its max along time ago. Certain string materials do creep and break down quicker. Its probably not 452x or trophy if it is it was poorly built. With trophy it doesn't creep.

perhaps is time for you to look for a nice set of string and cable.
Do look for Hutch n Son. He makes fine string and cable.
I just got mine weeks ago, and i love it very much.

Pm Hutch and treat your self, and your bow to a new set of strings. Creep is NOT good!
