    Default carpet target

After restuffing an old bag target with some rags and a carpet I took out of my basement I started to make a layered carpet target and ran out of rug. At this point I said "what can I do with this mess?" and came up with this. I rolled the carpet tightly and used duct tape to hold the strips together then I used 36" zip ties to pull it all together and hold it tight.Name: Photo0051.jpg

Nothing like a quick easy cheap target. Works for me!

That's pretty slick. Cheap and easy. I just acquired a whole room of old target that I would cut and roll up to make something about 3' or 4' in diameter. Problem is it was from my daughter's house and 3 cats had been pissing on it for who knows how long. I think I'll pass on it for now. LOL. It's nice living within 6.5 miles of two archery clubs. I shoot their bags. Still, yours is a good idea for those not as fortunately as me.
