As long as you are using the small biscuit, they'll shoot well. I shoot and love the VAP's. I shot them through a medium biscuit, and the accuracy was a little off, but still plenty effective out to 40 yards for hunting. Beyond that, I wouldn't use the medium biscuit. I think the VAP's are a great combination of lighter weight, good speed, durability, and excellent penetration. I shoot the 300's and 350's, and usually end up with arrows in the 365-400gr. weight range. I do use pin nocks and bushings in my hunting arrows for a little added weight too. The VAP's also offer 3 different weight inserts. A 33, 47, and a 93 gr. That allows you to tailor the weight to your liking a little bit more than normal. The 93 gr. insert is stainless steel, and a bit expensive though.
