String adjustments

I just put new strings on my bow about a month ago an jus started to shoot it with out checking any thing. I checked it this evning an my a2a is short and my srting is not resting in the flat spot like it should. How do I adjust the strings to bring everything together?

a2a is supposed to be 32.25 and is 31 7/8. Brace is short to. As close as I can figure it ii like 6.5"

It sounds like you have the cables, and possibly the string twisted up too tight. Might try taking a few twists out of the cables, and one out of the string, and see what that gets you. If it helps, keep doing that. Should end up about 4 twists out of the cables to every one twist out of the string.

The ata can be a 1/4 above or below recommended ata. So anywhere between 32 and 32.5 is fine. In order to get the ata close, you need to untwist the cable about 3 to 4 twists to expand the limbs. This will lengthen the ata. This will also change draw length. So you may need to untwist or twist the string about 2 to 3 twists. Depending on what you need for dl. If you post a pic of the bottom cam it would help.
