Messin with the onza at 70 yards

A thread on archery talk got me thinkin about how spread out my group would be at 70 yards. Well considering i shoot the biggest pin i could buy (.029) i figured it wasnt half bad brought the camera out i picked up for hunting which its just a sony handycam but the zoom and audio pick up is amazing

Nt bad grouping at all. Now all you have to do is adjust the sight a touch for windage and it's about 2 yards long. Very consistent shooting though on your part. You young guys are lucky. You're aiming at an orange X. I'd be lucky to see the bag, LOL.

To be honest when i put the pin on the target it takes up most the center at that range if i had the .010 pin instead of the .029 my group would tighten considerably! That is something that i would like to experiment with in the future.

smaller pins show more movement so smaller is not always better. it looks consistent . nice video!

Oh i have just not on camera my groups spread out lol. you have to know what your doing and do it the same way every shot to get any consistency at that kinda distance.
