I know times are tough, but to be honest Bill, I'm not that hungry yet! It does make me wonder though, how hungry do you suppose the guy was who first tried those things was? I'm thinking it was a pretty powerful hunger to convince a man that a slimy ole frog was something good to eat! It maybe turned out not to bad, but he must of had some questions going through his mind before he took that first bite. Like, "Is this gonna kill me?" Hope you enjoy them!

You know, for a yankee you're very cultured. Fry 'em in garlic butter and put them in a nice brown rouex and simmer for a few hours. Serve over a nice okra pilau with cornbread. Tres bien mon ami!
