Changing draw length ....will it affect bow's tune?

if you adjust a bows draw length, either with rotating mods or by switching the mods, does this change the nock point or peep placement? what about the arrow rest , will porposing result or is the difference going to be so negligible it probably wont matter? thanks and feel free to include anything else one can encounter when making changes to a compound.

Changing draw length via a module will not change th nocking point peep, kisser button or anything else. However you may anchor slightly different you might have to relocate the kisser and peep. The tune might change too depending on what arrows you are shooting. Any time you make such changes calls for at least a check of the bow's tune, including shooting broadheads if you intend to hunt with it. There will be a slight speed loss so resighting will probably be necessary, but if you're only talking about an inch then it won't change a lot.

Let's look at it this way. If you have to move the draw length to make the bow fit you better then that's what you do. Draw length is one of the most important aspects of a compound bow. The better the bow fits you the more consistent you'll be. Once you change module or it's setting you deal with the tuning afterwards. You may or may not have to move the rest. It all depends on how the arrows spine out for the new setup. If you have a rest that can be adjusted up or down you can do this instead of changing the nocking point height. You can move it left or right to change the centershot to help with arrow spine differences. Or you could play with different point weigts and or fletching types. Or you could play with the bow's draw weight if you need to go up a couple pounds and have room on the limb bolts.
Off hand I'd say if you're changing the draw length an inch or less and the bow is already tuned you may have to do nothing at all except shoot the bow, but you have to check the tune to find out. The best thing to do is change it and see what happens and go from there.
