Bone the whole thing out, marinate in Whoceshire and Garlic for 3 days and put in a smoker for 6-8 hrs. Serve with your favorite wine or beer and eat it.
It takes big ones to make little ones, you do know why its called HUNTING instead of deer shooting, right?
