Default First blood for the Nemesis

One for the freezer. Shot him yesterday, one more tag to fill so hopefully the venison will be well stocked this year.

Thanks Gents, The bow and muzzy did a number on him. He did not go far after the shot saw him go down from my ladder stand. Seasons not over yet, so I think I will hunt with the Threshold for a doe.

Thanks daiwateampenn, it was a complete pass through, I guess a better description would be through the chest cavity and out the base of the neck. The exit is the dark spot on the picture.

I got ya, I stand corrected. A shot exiting through the breast plate would indicate a steeper shot angle , like the deer would be under the stand. The shot I took was away so the arrow traveled the length of the chest cavity and exited out the front. I can tell you this for sure it was lights out no tracking required.
